We used Brisbane Termite Repairs to fix up our property. Liam was project manager and co-ordinated things and managed the project well. He was able to schedule the repairs in within 2 weeks and provided comprehensive documentation at completion to support what what was done. Lleyton was site manager and the one responsible for doing the repairs. He communicated very well throughout the process and documented well through photos of what had been fixed. He also worked in very well with what was required to be fixed by the Termite Inspection report. I’ve been beyond impressed with the service & attention to detail from Liam. I recently purchased a very old Queenslander style home with tricky termite damage & severe levelling issues with the subfloor of the house that made visible dips in multiple areas. Liam worked with our tight timeline to meet me for an inspection & get us a quote. He really took the time to explain everything in detail to where I clearly understood & answered the million questions I had, & it’s obvious he genuinely cares about his work & looking after his customers – including being honest about different risks & where to focus.
